Q: What platform do you use to build websites?

A: We build websites with WordPress content management system.

Q: Where are data centers located? Can I select location of the data center for my website?

A: You can choose data centers on several continents – Colohouse in Chicago, USA; UK Servers in Coventry, United Kingdom; Ficolo in Pori, Finland; S3 in Sofia, Bulgaria and Amaze in Sydney, Australia. You can make this choice during the placing online order for any of our web hosting plans.

Q: How much does a new website cost?

A: Any website is unique. We will give you a quote based on your answers in our questionnaire.

Q: How long will it take to build a new website?

A: It depends on readiness of the content for the website on initial phases and your availability to with feedback.

Q: Do I own my finished website?

A: Yes. Once you pay, the rights to the website will be transferred to you.

Q: When do I pay?

A: We require an initial deposit of 25% to start the website/logo design project. The final payment of 75% is due when your website will be ready to launch.

Q: What else do I need to launch my website?

A: You need to register a domain name for your website and you need a web hosting to run your website on Internet. We provide you both services, you do not need to worry about anything. You can register domain name and pay for a hosting plan on our website.

Q: What are expected expenses to keep my website running?

A: You need to pay for the domain name and web hosting services. Normally these payments are made on an annual basis.

Q: Do you provide maintenance services for my website? I do not know how to update a content on my website. Can you do that for me?

A: Sure. Once the website is run, we provide one month of the maintenance your website absolutely FREE, including the content update. Then you can choose our regular package for the website maintenance, which is includes the content update and WordPress platform support.
